Sales, Return, and Shipping Policies

Shipping

We ship via USPS to US customers only. Please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship your order from time of purchase, unless otherwise noted for preorders and custom work. Shipments automatically include insurance for the item purchase value. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so I can start a claim.

Returns

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis within 15 days from order receipt (this means when the package is delivered to your mailbox). Please contact me immediately if you are unhappy with your order! Items damaged by customer abuse and neglect are not eligible for return. My work is crafted to be durable, but it is not break proof as ceramics are inherently breakable. I do offer a replacement policy of 10% off a replacement or similarly priced item in case your original item breaks.

Custom Work

I will accept orders for custom work within the following parameters:

  • A slight modification of an existing design (different color scheme, adding text, sets of the same item, modifying the shape of an item)
  • A proposal for a completely new design will require a design fee - this accounts for the time required to prepare the design and plan the piece. The design fee will vary based on complexity, but will start at $50.
  • I will only create designs for shapes I currently make or have made in the past. Please view my portfolio to see examples of my work!
  • I will not recreate work from other artists. If you like that artist’s work, please order from them!
  • I will not reproduce copyrighted work.
  • I will not reproduce work that is AI generated, nor will I use generative AI in my design process.
  • Once a design and order have been finalized, I require payment in full within 7 days to begin work on the piece. If payment is not received within that time frame, the order may be cancelled. 
  • I do not accept returns on custom work.

The typical timeline for custom work is around 4-6 weeks, but may take longer depending on my studio schedule. I will do my best to communicate the expected delivery date in your initial inquiry.

Wholesale

I am open to creating multiples of my work for wholesale! Please contact me with a note about your store, use case, and expected order size to see if we can work together.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are offered in limited quantities, first come, first served. I may do multiple runs of pre-orders, so subscribe to my mailing list to get a notification. I do not allow customization for pre-orders unless noted in the listing. Returns are not accepted for pre-orders unless you receive a piece with a significant flaw or damage.
